Everything is new! It can sleep 6 very comfortably with a futon sofa and bunk beds in the middle "lounge/sleeping" area and a futon sofa that makes a true queen size bed in the front living area. It has a large refrigerator, built in microwave, 4-burner range/oven and large double basin sink with a pull down faucet. The bathroom has plenty of space and a larger than "normal" tub/shower. I have added a custom outdoor kitchen sink and shower that makes cooking outside very enjoyable and allows the kids to rinse off without messing up the inside of the camper.
